CEO & Founder of The Wexus Group, Alan Weichselbaum, discusses how to leverage financial accounting systems to take your company to new heights.
If you are like most entrepreneurs, you don’t spend a lot of time in finances. You are entrenched in the product or the service that your company offers, constantly trying to make it better and get more customers. Tracking expenses, costs and revenues, seems to be either a waste of time or necessary evil. That’s why I interviewed Alan Weichselbaum, CEO & founder of The Wexus Group, LLC. Alan is an “outside” CFO to many entrepreneurs around the country. Entrepreneurs are constantly reaching out to understand how to leverage Alan’s financial systems’ knowledge so they can take their company to the next level. If you need to get your “financial house” in order, you don’t want to miss this show.
